FOR CHIROPRACTIC CARE
Before Your First Visit
STEP 1: Let's get Scheduled
Let’s start by getting you scheduled—simply click the link below or give our office a call. Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a text from the Nourish team with your intake forms to complete, along with a confirmation of your visit. From there, step two is easy—come into the office for your new patient appointment.
STEP 2:Meeting the Docs
Your First Chiropractic Visit
Your first visit to the office gives us the opportunity to get to know you and learn about your health concerns & goals. One of our doctors will sit one-on-one with you to review your initial history. This is the perfect time for you to provide as much detail about your individual needs and concerns.
After your detailed assessment, we will evaluate how your neuro-spinal system is functioning with our state-of-the-art CLA Insight scanning technology. This neuro-spinal assessment is an extremely important part of our initial intake process as we are able to test, rather than just guess, how your nervous system is doing. After the scan, you will receive a comprehensive structural analysis which gives us a deeper look as to how your body adapts to stress. Click here to learn more about our Insight-Scanning technology.
Once your history and neuro-spinal analysis are finished, we will be sure to leave extra time for any questions you may have. Please allow around 25-30 minutes per person at our office for the initial visit.
Your Report of Findings
STEP 3: Getting Adjusted
When you return to the office for your second visit, the doctors will have had plenty of time to review your examinations + history from the previous visit. They will explain in great detail your findings and present your specific care plan recommendations. If at this time you decide to accept care, you will receive your first adjustment from Nourish Chiropractic. Please allow anywhere from 20-30 minutes for this visit.
